She brings over two decades of experience blending chiropractic and acupuncture to create a truly holistic wellness experience. She serves patients of all ages and life stages—including children, pregnant women, athletes, and seniors—with a focus on optimizing nervous system function and restoring balance.

She joined Sage Health in 2018 after many years of owning and managing the ROC Wellness Center in Mission Valley, where she practiced with her husband. Over those years she had three children and then sold the practice once her husband graduated law school

    Dr. Shannon Jones grew up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in a family of chiropractors, which deeply influenced her philosophy and approach to healthcare. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, she pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, where she graduated as Valedictorian.
