The first time I went to Dr. Sage I was sold. She identified misalignments that I had never had checked or been told of. After our adjustment I felt immediate and intense relief. As someone with chronic neck and shoulder pain, it was amazing to find someone who could relieve that. In addition, I struggle with neck adjustments and since day one she has always made modifications to give me the adjustment I needed without doing a manual adjustment. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her listening to me as a client but also listening to my body. My entire family (and I mean... my ENTIRE family) now go to her and no one else.

I'm so glad I found this place. I originally came in for sciatic pain and had always been interested in Acupuncture but never dare tried it. This place is phenomenal not only for Acupuncture, but I have been to a terrific Chiropractor and just recently had my first massage all in the same company. I cannot recommend Aimee Holdwick, Sara Mackay, or Donna A! These women are so intelligent, friendly, observant, and overall amazing. You need to check out Sage Health! I will not go anywhere else. I love Dr. Sage so much. When I first found her, I was in complete agony. I had an extreme back spasm and could not even stand up straight. She was realistic and said it would be work but she would be able to help me right away. And boy did she! I was able to actually walk out the door, semi normally after that first visit.We worked together for a few months, and she got me back in fighting shape. We did exercises in the office as well as exercises I did at home. It was so easy and affordable, she was great about taking insurance. Thank you Dr. Sage, I can't stop singing your praises to everyone I know!

Dr. Sage is great! She isn't the first chiropractor I've been to in Encinitas since I have a hard time acting my age. Note to self, back flips and overhead waves are better left to people in their 20s or Kelly Slater. Nonetheless, I still charge out there knowing that Dr. Sage has the answers and skills to get me back on my feet. Not only does she crack a hell of a back, she has a whole quiver of skills to remedy all kinds of ailments. Once I was over served the night before my appointment and had a headache.
