We're thrilled to share that Sage Health has been featured in Locally Well San Diego.
The piece, written by Marta Giri, is called "Built to Last: How Encinitas' Sage Health Has Thrived for Over 26 Years." It traces how a single-modality practice grew into the integrative wellness center we are today.
Why This Feature Means So Much
Twenty-six years is a long time in this industry. The article tells the story behind that: Dr. Kirsten Sage's path into movement and rehabilitation, the decision to go back to school and earn a degree from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, and the belief that shaped everything after it, that people do better when their care is not split across town.
"I love having a lot of different lenses to look at patients with," Dr. Sage told Locally Well.
That is the whole idea behind Sage Health, written better than we usually manage to say it ourselves.
What the Article Covers
- CAM: chiropractic, acupuncture and massage combined into one hour
- SoftWave therapy and class 4 laser therapy: two of the technologies we have added
- Movement classes: yoga, yin, Tai Chi and sound baths, kept small and personal
- One roof: why everything sits in the same building, by design
Thank You, Encinitas
Thank you to Marta and the team at Locally Well for telling our story with such care, and thank you to the patients who have made twenty-six years possible. You are the reason any of it works.
