Anastasia Atieh, L.E.
Anastasia is a licensed esthetician and has been practicing holistic skincare for the last few years. She is passionate about health and clean beauty and believes that skincare starts within. She’s determined to support every guest to achieve their healthiest skin and natural glow by providing customized services and helping to create a personalized at home skincare routine. Anastasia moved from Los Angeles and now resides in Carlsbad with her husband and younger brother. Anastasia recently joined the Sage Health team and finds enjoyment in providing a hands on treatments and supporting customers through their skin journey.
Jasmine Snyder, L.E.
Hi I am Jasmine! I love pairing antioxidants and enzymes together to tailor your session to help you achieve your ideal skin. I'm a believer in educating clients about prevention, the importance of hydration, and how to properly layer products to maximize benefits in your at home skincare routine. I have been utilizing my esthetics license since 2018 and I am constantly continuing education through hands-on demos, seminars at esthetic conventions, and other beauty industry events. I enjoy calming and nourishing stressed skin that suffers from extreme environmental stressors or skin sensitivities while I also enjoy extracting congested skin. I take pride in creating effective results, perfectly matched to each client's needs and lifestyle. I relocated to California from the east coast a couple of years ago and reside in Carlsbad with my two dogs Fisher and Mr. Drysdale
Naomi
Naomi believes that true beauty is a reflection of wellness and loves to help client’s access their natural glow from within. She has been developing her craft in the spa and wellness space for over 15 years as a holistic esthetician and massage therapist. Her intuitive approach combines a variety of modalities including advanced facial massage and lymphatic drainage paired with clean, effective, high quality ingredients to achieve desired results for optimal skin health and rejuvenation. Naomi finds joy in personalizing each therapeutic treatment to the individual while empowering them with simple recommendations for home care based on their goals and lifestyle. Her continuing education is in the field of energy medicine and this work informs everything she does within her practice. She lives with her husband Damon, son Kai and their pup Mikah in Cardiff by the Sea. With a love for the natural surroundings and coastal lifestyle she knows the importance of good skincare, prevention, and treatment.

Wholistic Facial Treatments
Citrus & Sage Signature Brightening Facial (60 minutes) $120
This anti-aging treatment exfoliates and brightens the skin with the antioxidant and brightening benefits of lemon. It is designed for skin with sun damage or pigmentation. It promotes hydration levels that protect from environmental damage while relieving surface signs of aging. Suitable for all skin types.
Coconut Papaya Moisturizing Facial (60 minutes) $120
Coconut has moisturizing properties and promotes healthy cell growth. It also supports blood circulation. This gives skin a soft, smooth texture and is great for sensitive, dry, rough, and wrinkled skin. Witch Hazel is a flowering plant; it is a strong antioxidant and astringent that is often used as a natural remedy for psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions. Papaya is an excellent natural enzyme to digest and dissolve dead skin cells. It is also an antioxidant high in Vitamin C and beta carotene. Yogurt Extract moisturizes, smoothes, and stimulates cellular regeneration.
Green tea Detoxifying Facial (60 minutes) $120
Good for all skin types, especially for blemish prone, oily and combination. Great for teens as well. Deep cleansing, pore refining clay treatment that helps to clear up blemishes, blackheads and clogged pores. Green tea balances oil production, minimizes redness and inflammation.
Restorative Rose Facial (60 minutes) $120
This luxurious, rich and nourishing anti-aging facial will help accelerate cellular turnover, feed epidermal cells, restore elasticity, and diminish the depth and intensity of wrinkles.
Roses are a wonderful ally for sensitive skin, dehydrated skin, aging skin and skin suffering with rosacea. Your skin will look and feel years younger.
Golden Honey Rejuvenating Facial (60 minutes) $120
This rejuvenating facial improves the skin’s natural protective barrier and provides significant hydration. It is anti- inflammatory and anti-bacterial, improves cell turnover, increases hydration, aids in the skin detoxification process and delays cellular aging making it an excellent choice for dry skin as well as breakout prone. It reveals a more even-toned skin and increases the regeneration of the skin leaving you feeling soft, smooth, and glowing.
Advanced Facial Treatments
Resurfacing Facial Treatment (60 minutes) $140
This advanced facial is crafted to resurface and repair with powerful all natural ingredients. This the perfect treatment for anyone wanting to instantly achieve a brighter complexion, along with a smoother texture to their skin. Depending on your goals this treatment uses specific active enzymes and or peels to naturally target and treat skin conditions ranging from acne, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and fine lines and wrinkles while stimulating collagen to promote supple, more youthful skin. For most skin types. Not for sensitive skin.
Dermaplane Facial (60 minutes) $140
This gently exfoliating facial eliminates facial hair that traps dirt and oil and removes dead skin cells encouraging a collagen boost. It promotes smoother skin, reduces the appearance of acne scars, diminishes the look of fine lines and is effective for most skin types. Dermaplaning assists the skin with a deeper absorption of the products applied after the technique is complete, helping soothe, heal and hydrate dry skin while also creating the perfect canvas for makeup.
Glycolic Peel Treatment (60 minutes) $150
Suitable for normal, combination, and oily skin. Not for sensitive skin. Treats acne scars, discoloration and signs of aging. An effective treatment to resurface the skin’s upper layers using glycolic acid. Exfoliating away dullness and texture, while stimulating collagen to promote supple, youthful skin. This treatment also visibly improves texture created by acne scars, and works to eliminate signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles. The glycolic is considered a microscopic peel which means you will not experience visible peeling or intensive down time after this treatment. Layers of your skin are in fact still shedding and peeling throughout the next few days after treatment, and they do so on a microscopic level to continuously reveal healthier skin several weeks after treatment.
Lymphatic Drainage Facial (75 minutes) $160
This therapeutic facial includes lymphatic drainage massage. A cleansing modality that detoxes the body naturally by flushing stagnant toxins while providing much relief for jaw tension and TMJ, while encouraging oxygenated blood flow to the skin cells and muscle tissue. This method is designed to eliminate bloating and achieve a more sculpted, glowing complexion.
Pure Bliss Facial + Massage (90 minutes) $200
Awaken and restore your whole body's potential with this holistic face and body treatment. Includes a 60 minute facial of your choice plus a 30 minute relaxing massage.

High Frequency

Waxing
For all of your waxing needs we proudly use Nufree, a natural, self-preserving antibacterial/antimicrobial, anhydrous botanical formula. It contains no wax, no sugar and no honey. We use sanitary disposable applicators and never double-dip.
